Q: When can I expect to receive my product?
A: Shipping times depend on the product type and quantity ordered. Typical shipping times vary from between 3 to 5 days and 12 weeks. When placing your order we will give you a time frame in which you can expect to receive your products.
Q: Do you have a local installer?
A: Shure does not offer installation services. However, we work with local reps and distributors who will work with you through the installation process.
A: Cost will depend on the product you are ordering. Some products are available individually while others are one piece of a workbench system — pricing for these products will be included as a part of your project’s overall quote.
Q: What will the cost of freight be?
A: Freight pricing depends on product type, quantity, shipping location, and if any special delivery requirements are requested. We happily serve national and international customers. When placing your order, you will receive freight costs before finalizing your transaction.

Q: Do you have installation instructions or a video?
A: All of our products ship out with installation instructions. We are able to send PDF copies via email upon request. We are currently in the process of creating installation videos and look forward to improving our customer’s user experience in this visually instructive format.
